Create a Google Drive Submissions Folder
Create a Google Drive Submissions Folder
You have been invited a Google Drive for our class called WRIT212. To find it, log into BMail. (Be sure always to log in to BMail for access. If you find you have to request access, it’s because you’re logged into gmail or another email account. I don’t grant access outside of BMail). Create a folder called “<Your Last Name> Submissions>” using the following steps
When you log in to BMail, you’ll see an icon on the top left, a “box of boxes”
Select the icon and choose “Drives”
If our drive doesn’t appear, you can find it by choosing “Shared with me” in the menu to the right
Open our drive
Open the “Submissions” folder.
In the left hand menu, you’ll see a red “New” Button. Choose New folder. Create a folder called “<Your Last Name> Submissions>”.
Create a Google Drive Submissions Folder for Each Assignment
Once you are in your submissions folder, repeat the process of creating and naming new folders for each of the assignments you’ll submit in class. Give each folder the name of the assignment.

When I open your assignment in Google Drive, I will make a “Comments Copy” that I’ll save in the assignment folder
In that copy, I’ll put in-text comments using the google comments function. In that copy, I’ll paste a copy of the rubric for the assignment, which we will have review in class.
I will also upload a QuickTime video where you will receive audio comments that go along with the comments document.
I will let you know when comments are complete
